This gives the people responsible of the website more independence and freedom in the website's policy making, thus more accurate and fair in the news posted.

- Through my work, I have learnt that nothing comes the easy way. working as a journalist made me realise so many things that are being kept under cover, yet very important to the public's life. I have focussed in my career on human rights, which many countries in the region lack, as well as gender equality, bearing in mind tribal and religious boundaries preventing a reporter living in the Middle East to come across in his writing. however, I believe that journalism is a very powerful tool that can force change in politics and any developments pertaining to the public through constant pursuit for credible and unbiased news stories. The many workshops I have participated in offered me a chance to be enlightened about other important issues in the world and opened my eyes on the fact that the conflict in the Middle East is not the only problem the world is yet to deal with, as there are many other nations having the same, if not worse, living conditions and unstable political situations.
